To complete a Booty Call with one of the random strangers that you meet (such as Ursula or Liz), simply give them a call and they'll take care of the rest. This applies for all three characters and can be done with the same dancer. If you accept, she will ask for you to meet with her outside the club and then drop her home for a Booty Call.
